- After confirming your purchase, we will ship and send the product via our contracted shipping company.
- We have a contract with a shipping company that has offices throughout the country, and the price is fixed as shown on the website, except for Upper Egypt. For Upper Egypt, the price will be communicated to the customer by phone upon order confirmation.
- Shipping with in 7 business days to all governorates except Upper Egypt.
- Shipping to Upper Egypt takes between 7 and 14 business days.

- حيث اننا متعاقدين مع شركة شحن لها مكاتب شحن في جميع انحاء الجمهورية والسعر ثابت كما موضح بالموقع باستثناء مدن الصعيد يتم ابلاغ العميل بالسعر تيلفونيا مع تاكيد الطلب .
- حيث ان الشحن يكون خلال 7 ايام عمل لكل المحافظات باستثناء محافظات الصعيد .
- تكون مدة الشحن لمحافظات الصعيد في مدة تتراوح بين 5 ل 9 ايام عمل .
