- Inspection and exchange are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
- The inspection is a visual check to ensure there are no defects or errors in the order and to verify the size. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defects that appear after receipt. Exchanges are only available if the size is unsuitable.
- All products offered in our store are subject to our inspection and exchange policy, according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
- Exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchange requests are processed within 3 business days.
- If your exchange request is approved, the delivery representative will reach you within 7 business days.
- To request an exchange, please send a message via WhatsApp to the number listed on your shipping label or contact us through our contact page. Please take several photos of the product and send them along with a photo of the product in its original packaging, including your name, address, and mobile number.
- We will only exchange the product if it is the wrong size. We are not responsible for any defects in the product after delivery, as a visual inspection is available before acceptance.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use that are not mentioned on the product page of our website.
- المعاينة والاستبدال حق مضمون كل عملائنا وهو يشمل جميع المنتجات التي نعرضها على متجرنا
- حيث ان المعاينة تكون ظاهرية ضد اي عيوب او خطأ في الطلب ويمكن التاكد من المقاس ولسنا مسؤلين عن اي عيوب صناعة تظهر بعد الاستلام ويتاح الاستبدال في حالة المقاس غير مناسب فقط .
- جميع المنتجات المعروضة على متجرنا قابلة لسياسة المعاينة والاستبدال وفق الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصحفة.
- يمكن الإستبدال إذا كان المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية عند الشراء ومغلفا بالغلاف الأصلي.
- يتم الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال خلال 3 ايام عمل.
- في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال المندوب يصل للعميل خلال 7 أيام عمل.
- يرجى ارسال رسالة عبر تطبيق ال Whatsapp للرقم الموضح في بوليصة الشحن من أجل طلب الإستبدال او التواصل معنا عبر صفحة إتصل بنا من أجل طلب الإستبدال.
- يرجى تصوير المنتج عدة صور وإرسال الصور مع صورة للمنتج بعد تغليفة في غلافة الاصلي مع تحديد الاسم والعنوان ورقم الموبايل
- ليتم إستبداله بمنتج اخر في حالة كان المنتج مقاسة غير مناسب فقط ولسنا مسؤلين عن اي عيوب بالمنتج بعد الاستلام حيث ان هناك معاينة ظاهرية متاحة قبل الاستلام .
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي توقعات لإستعمال المنتجات من طرف العميل لم نذكرها بصفحة المنتج بموقعنا.
